REGISTER?

Patients will register with the practice, not individual doctors. Patients may still express a preference for a particular doctor if they wish although we cannot guarantee that he/she will be available at all times.

All new patients will be asked to fill in a simple health questionnaire as it can take a long time for records from a previous GP to reach us. A new patient health check can be booked on request.

If you change your address or phone number it is important that you let us know in case we need to contact you.

All consultations are by appointment.
