CLINICS
The practice has many clinics run by trained nurse specialists. Most patients
will be on long-term medication. Some patients may only require an annual check-up.
It is advised to make your appointments in very good time before tablets run
out.

IMMUNISATION
Prevention is better than cure! We run a full range of immunisation programmes
suitable for children, adults and for travel purposes. We are also a World Health Organisation approved Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.
CERVICAL SMEARS
This is a simple and important test, usually done by our nurses. We recommend that women aged 25 to 49 should have a smear test every three years, then every five years until the age of 64. You will be sent a reminder when your test is due.
MATERNITY AND CONTRACEPTIVE SERVICES
We offer a wide range of services which your doctor will be happy to discuss
with you. As usual your consultation will be confidential.
NEW PROBLEM CLINICS
These clinics are run by specially qualified nurses. If you are suffering from a minor illness such as a cold, sore throat, nosebleed, hayfever, vomiting etc, please book into the New Problem Clinic.
MINOR SURGERY
The practice operates a fully equipped clinical unit where a range of minor surgery is carried out.
COUNSELLOR SERVICE
This service is available for patients who are referred by their doctor.
SMOKING CESSATION
